Technical Advisory Team

A Technical Advisory Team (TAT), including professional staff from WSDOT and partner agencies, was convened for the study. The study’s partner agencies are:

With regular meetings, the TAT provided technical assistance and made key decisions, including the methodology for this study. All study milestones and phases were collaboratively developed and refined though the TAT.
