Lower your toll bill by March 1 and avoid late fees

Beginning March 1, 2023, Good To Go! will resume charging late fees and civil penalties, and requesting registration holds for unpaid tolls. Some of these trips may have been billed to customers more than a year ago and remain unpaid.

If you think you have unpaid tolls but lost the toll bill or never received it, please call us. Toll bills are mailed to the address on file with the Department of Licensing. This is the same address that is listed on your vehicle registration.

Call us: 1-866-936-8246. You’ll need to provide the name and address of the vehicle’s registered owner with the Department of Licensing, along with the vehicle’s license plate number.

The best way to save money on your unpaid toll bill is to open a Good To Go! account. You’ll save $1.75 on each unpaid toll, and up to $2 on all future tolls if you choose to purchase and install a Good To Go! pass in your vehicle.

If you already have a Good To Go! account and you have a negative balance, please be sure to make a payment as soon as possible.

Once we resume charging late fees and civil penalties March 1, 2023, each unpaid toll will be charged an extra $2 for each unpaid toll on your Good To Go! account. We will also send you a Pay By Mail toll bill in the mail.

After March 1, 2023, if you do not pay your tolls by the due date listed on your toll bill you will be charged a $5 late fee for each toll. If you fail to pay your toll within 80 days, you will be assessed a $40 civil penalty for each unpaid toll. If a vehicle owner does not resolve a civil penalty within 20 days, the Department of Licensing may place a hold on the vehicle registration.
