If WSDOT is awarded the RAISE grant funds, the projects are expected to follow the timeline shown below.

  Determine final scope of work and launch. Begin community engagement, conceptual design & evaluation.
• 2024
  Develop conceptual design and cost estimate for community supported preferred option. Planning study complete.
• 2025
  Finalize Preliminary Engineering (30% design level).

Spokane

• 2025
  Determine final scope of work and launch.
• 2026
  Community engagement to determine, evaluate, select and prepare cost estimates for 2-3 concepts.
• 2027
  Develop conceptual design and cost estimate for community supported preferred option. Planning study complete.
• 2028
  Finalize Preliminary Engineering (30% design level).
• 2029
  Continue design development and community engagement.
• 2030
  Continue design development and community engagement.
• 2031
  90% design expected complete.

Toolkit

• 2023
  Determine initial scope of work and launch. Advance GIS framework. Develop/test Transportation Equity Lab.
• 2024
  Produce/test decision-making tools for critical activities. Hold Transportation Equity Lab, other workshops.
• 2025
  Refine toolkit scope of work. Hold Transportation Equity Lab. Continue to test/refine/train on toolkit.
• 2026
  Develop/test materials identified in updated scope of work. Hold Transportation Equity Lab.
• 2027
  Revise materials/trainings. Complete/disseminate case study examples via trainings.
• 2028
  Submit report on initial phases.

  Submit final report.
