I-90 Snoqualmie Pass East (SPE) Project – Our Story

Mark Norman has been working on the I-90 Snoqualmie Pass East project with WSDOT as a biologist since 2006. Like many ‘new’ stay-at-home educators, Mark worked with his 11th grade son, Anders, to write a script, film and edit this video highlighting the most recent environmental milestones of the project.

What’s Next?

Phase 4 of the I-90 Snoqualmie Pass East Project completes the section between Price Creek and Cabin Creek. Phase 4 covers close to three miles from the Stampede Pass Interchange to the Cabin Creek Interchange. This phase continues to widen I-90, straighten curves, add and replace bridges and culverts, expand chain-up areas and address wildlife connectivity.
