Ops 1: Sleater-Kinney Double Left turn lanes from Martin Way East to Sleater-Kinney Road Southeast

  • Add left turn lane from Martin Way East onto Sleater-Kinney Road Southeast.
  • Recommended to move forward to evaluate for safety benefits; results in very little improvement on I-5.
